Lead Quality Systems Management across SEA through the ownership and development of our BMS and the design and implementation of an internal audit programme
Quality Systems Manager will be based at either our Beckington, Bristol or Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working.
The salary for this role is up to £60k, depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (known as our BMS) in compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other applicable standards
- Plan, implement, and oversee the quality assurance policies and procedures of the organisation, identifying opportunities for improvement and aligning with our CI programme
- Work with Functional leaders to develop and optimise process definition driving efficiency and a ‘user friendly’ BMS
- Host and lead external and customer audits
- Manage the internal Quality audit schedule ensuring compliance to company and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with the cross functional audit team to ensure they maintain SQEP and support the audit programme
