We are looking for an Atlassian Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this role you will work with project, product, and support teams to support the usage, development, and implementation of Atlassian Tools.

What you’ll be doing
- Administer and manage our Atlassian organisation.
- Manage our Atlassian sites (setup, configuration, maintenance, access, etc).
- Working with our finance team to manage, maintain, and pay for our Atlassian subscriptions.
- Ensure that our Atlassian organisation and all associated sites and products remain safe and secure.
- Administer and manage our suite of Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, etc), including users, permissions, projects, workflows, custom fields, filters and dashboards, add-ons, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and implement them in the product that best meets their needs.
- Manage user access and privilege levels
- Manage monitoring system outputs and identify areas for improvement
- Analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of faults and queries passed on from first-line support
- Explore and implement connectivity between Atlassian products and other tool sets in use at SEA
- Analyse and oversee migration of Jira and Confluence from Server to Cloud
The skills you need
- Good experience administrating and maintaining an Atlassian Organisation.
- Significant experience administrating and maintaining Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, etc) cloud or on-prem.
- Experience supporting multiple teams with different processes and ways of working across multiple Atlassian products.
- Atlassian Certified in Cloud Organization Admin.
